Q. How does WhatsApp outreach work?
We have kept it very simple and quick for you to save lots of time.
- Go to the candidate profile and click on the Nurturebox widget.
Here you can see in the widget we have all the details we need.
- First Name
- Company name
- Contact number
- Email address
Click Reach out to prospect on Whatsapp present below the contact number.
- Click the Reach Out option, it will show you the options to select the template for the same if you have drafted one.
- Click the Send message button, it will re-direct you to the WhatsApp Web page.
Scan the QR code from your phone and it will show you the chat with the template response for you.
Q. How can we get these templates for WhatsApp?
You need to create these templates in the Template section. Once done, you can use the same on WhatsApp chat.
Q. Can we use other templates for WhatsApp too?
No, you cannot use other templates for WhatsApp. If you want to use, you will need to change the template type and click Update template (seen below).
Q. Is it safe to use my WhatsApp account for this?
Yes, absolutely! It’s safe to use your WhatsApp account, as you can also log out whenever you want.
